SENSE SYSTEM LAUNCH UPDATE- July 29, 2026
We appreciate all the hard work you put into entering grades and finalizing your end of semester and year end requirements. To best support every school during this busy period, we have adjusted the transition timeline to ensure you have the time needed to complete grade entry comfortably and without interruption. As part of this revised timeline, July 24, 2026 (End of Day) will be the final day for instructors currently using the legacy system (www.senseonline.org) to enter all grades.
This deadline ensures that all historical grades and student records are accurately transferred into the new system. If this timeline presents any challenges, please contact the SENSE staff as soon as possible at sense@aws.org so we can assist.
Schedule Your Onboarding Session
We highly encourage all SENSE instructors to schedule a private onboarding session. These sessions will walk you through the new system and ensure you are fully prepared for the launch.
